It's summer time!

1.- Beware of Cold Food and Drinks!

Also, drinking plenty of water throughout the day can help wash away any harmful bacteria or acids that may be lingering in your mouth.

You should also be mindful of the activities you engage in. Swimming in pools or the ocean can expose your teeth to chlorine or saltwater, which can erode your enamel over time.
